About me
Karen Jonuscheit
I support businesses and private clients through sustainable change processes. I combine in-depth knowledge of organisational structures with a keen understanding of human nature.
I take great pleasure in helping people and businesses tackle their challenges. I use creative problem-solving methods and guide clients in finding solutions tailored to their individual needs.

My Story
Even whilst I was a student, I had a keen interest in impact, sustainability and team development. For many years, I have found meaningful work in my personal and professional projects within the field of sustainability. Through my collaboration with clients and my extensive travels, I have come to realise that sustainable coexistence and collaboration depend above all on communication and personal fulfilment. Many projects, whether professional or personal, fail due to the personal concerns of individuals. I have therefore immersed myself in personal development and completed a certified coaching training. My great passion for organisational consultancy and strategy development remains, and I therefore continue to support companies in these areas.
I support projects internationally, have a global network and I am constantly learning new things from different cultures. This makes me an open-minded and tolerant person, with a great deal of empathy and a genuine joy for my work.
I have been working as a management consultant for over seven years, specialising in organisational development, project management, and communication and sustainability topics. I have always greatly enjoyed working closely with my clients as a consultant and sparring partner, which has given me the opportunity to focus on coaching as well as consultancy. I coach both individuals and executives.
I have lived, studied and worked in many countries across Europe, Africa and Latin America. Through my involvement in numerous impact and sustainability projects within large corporations, SMEs, development cooperation and NGOs, I have gained a broad perspective therefore I am able to offer creative solutions.
I have led international, group-wide projects, set up monitoring systems for NGOs and facilitated team workshops. My main interest lies in vision-building, whether in a personal or corporate context.
I am successful in motivating teams and creating an atmosphere conducive to productive work and collaboration, even during difficult and/or stressful periods.
